Having been under a fair amount of stress with the court, work and other things i have completely ignored my wellbeing, health and weight.

after weighing myself this morning and struggling to get a shirt to fit, this is now going to charge. it is also apparent i am not helping my darling wife in her fitness and weightloss by eating and cooking the wrong meals for us!

after speaking with a miriad of different people the most commonly used diet in our company is diet chef.

i however have a brain and do not have an unlimited bank balance and £56 per week per person for pre made meals is rediculous!

so i have pinched the basis of the diet and will produce the meals myself.

the basic idea is to drastically reduce intake of calories by pre cooking small (really small) meals.

so here’s the plan in detail

meal weight (g)
lasagne 270
sausage in onion gravy 300
chilli and rice 300
beef and ale 300
pas bol 300
chicken curry 300
pork curry 300
chicken in red wine 300
cottage pie 270
fish pie 300
sausage casserole 300
soups
tom and bacon 300
tom and beef spicy 300
tom soup 300
minestroni 300
sweet potatoe and brocoli 300
mulligatawney 300

cook these meals and store in freezer. have soup for lunch and single porridge sachet for brekkie. max 2 pieces of fruit at work, small veg portion with meals.

need to loose at least 2 stone so will keep you updated.
